One of the primary advantages of GPS tracking in driver management is the ability to optimise routes and schedules. With GPS tracking, businesses can assign the nearest driver to a particular job, reducing response times and maximizing efficiency. The Fleetminder GPS Tracking system allows for logs of which driver is driving what vehicle with Dallas Keys or a Photo snapshot of the driver when they start the vehicle (hardware dependant).

Locate nearest driver to clients

A customer calls for a last minute pickup, see who is your nearest driver in order to dispatch them to the job. Eliminating the need to be making multiple phones calls to locate drivers.

See drivers’ trip for that day

Display a vehicles full day on screen to see all activity for the day, where they stopped and when. Any date within the previous six months can be viewed.

Plan driver routes

Job planning is made simple for fleet managers with the in built route management. Helping with job allocation decisions.

RFID/Dallas Key driver ID

When vehicles are shared among different drivers, RFID cards or Dallas Keys can be assigned to each driver to scan when entering a vehicle. Every scan is logged in the tracking history so managers know who is driving which vehicle.

Photo snapshot of driver

Capture a photo of the driver each time they start a vehicle. The photo is viewable in the live tracking for each “ignition on” log. This add-on feature is only available with our Dash Cam systems.

Driver behaviour reporting

Speeding and harsh driving is always an issues with drivers. Alerts of over-speed, harsh braking or acceleration can be sent to managers and viewed in the tracking logs. Also view and export behaviour history reports.

Dual Camera Dash Cam

The Fleetminder 2T4G is a dual camera dash cam with a GPS tracking module for 24/7 monitoring using the 4G network. The front camera to record the road ahead is Full HD 1080p whilst the second camera is a driver distraction recognition camera. Mounted on the dash or “A” pillar, the DDR camera can detect if a driver is experiencing fatigue, using their mobile phone or even smoking. Using the 4G network, it can then send an alert to the fleet manager notifying them if the distracted driver.
